EPC Ready UK Ltd is an Essex-based energy performance consultancy specialising in EPC improvement, home energy upgrades and compliance with UK EPC legislation.
An EPC (Energy Performance Certificate) rating measures how energy-efficient a property is, ranging from A (best) to G (worst). A higher rating means lower running costs, better comfort and higher property value.
Improving your EPC rating saves money on energy bills, increases property value, and ensures compliance with tightening UK EPC legislation.
Landlords will soon be required to achieve a minimum EPC rating of C for rental properties. EPC Ready UK Ltd helps landlords prepare, avoid fines, and upgrade efficiently.
